I watched the documentary,Food Inc, and honestly it kind of messed with my head. I've heard stuff before about how our food is made, but seeing it all laid out like that hit different. It made me realize how much is hidden from us on purpose and how often we are lied to. One of the parts that really stuck with me was seeing how animals are raised and processed. I already had an idea it wasn't so great, but watching it was honestly kind of heartbreaking and disturbing. The way animals are packed in tight spaces and treated like they're just machines was a hard watch. What's worse is how the workers are treated. People are risking their safety everyday so we can have affordable food. It's very upsett...
